I am fitter now than I have been in years and this is thanks to the customised exercise and diet program that Diego developed based on my own fitness goals. Several years ago a netball injury left me with no anterior cruciate ligament in my right knee which meant my knee was constantly sore and very weak. As part of my exercise program Diego incorporated some exercises that built up the muscle around my knee.
