Athlon Fitness personal training strives to provide the best possible service to people of all ages and fitness levels. We hope you enjoy viewing these exercise samples. If  you decide to have a go please make sure you warmup and stretch properly to avoid injury. By warm up we mean, to break a slight sweat, which is usually achieved by a short brisk walk or light jog.
