What to expect at your first personal training session
At your initial consultation a pre-exercise fitness evaluation will be completed to identify your goals and needs and most importantly if you require a medical clearance from your GP before commencing an exercise program. This will be followed by a brief fitness test and a body composition analysis to help establish your current fitness levels in terms of muscular endurance, core strength, flexibility and girths. The results of this test and the body composition analysis are recorded for future monitoring purposed to ensure the effectiveness of the exercise program.
When can I do personal training sessions?
Whenever it suits you from 7am – 9pm Mondays – Saturdays.
