Fun Run

 

At Athlon Fitness, our team of experienced fitness professionals will take care of your personal fitness and running training. We take the stress out of being fit, healthy and injury free as much as possible. We understand that good physical health and fitness are not always easy to achieve on your own. Our personal training services will keep you on track and help you to achieve things you never thought possible.

Our Fun Run exercise program is a motivational 10 week carefully structured running program that will really get you moving. You will learn the basics and get started on a safe jogging program where we will cover topics such as running shoes, appropriate running surfaces, injury prevention, core stability, strengthening and stretching.

Jogging is a fantastic exercise for overall fitness and body fat loss. You need little equipment, you can do it anytime and anywhere  and best off all its convenient. Our Fun Run programme is designed as a gentle introduction to running. The focus is on jogging safely in a manner which is efficient and sustainable. At the end of the 10 week Fun Run program, you should be able to jog without stopping for 30 minutes.

We have helped hundreds of clients to reach this goal of 30 minutes jogging without stopping. Many of them, perhaps like you, thought there was no way they would be able to learn to run when they made that first phone call to Athlon Fitness Personal Training.
