Do you want to get into shape for your wedding? Worried about fitting into that wedding dress?

Wedding Personal Training is the perfect solution to get in to your best shape for that special day. The sooner you begin your  Program with your personal trainer the easier it will be to get the results you really want. Having said that, if you’ve only got a month to go, don’t think it’s too late to begin.

To achieve your goals, your personal trainer will take you through an ever changing routine of strength and aerobic training to get the most out of you.

Our Wedding Personal Training Program Includes:

1. 1on1 Consultation– We sit down with you to review the date of your wedding, your wedding fitness goals, schedule availability, medical history and fitness levels, and exercise likes and dislikes to ensure you succeed.2. Pre-Exercise Medical Questionnaire– Our trainer will complete this form with you in preparation for your training program. We also discuss your lifestyle, stresses, diet and nutrition. Half of any weight-loss program is diet and we make this a focus of all programs.3. Customized Exercise Program– Our qualified personal trainer will then create a customized fitness and exercise program. You will also have access to your trainer via email and phone for support and to ensure you stay motivated and on track. In addition, we ensure plenty of variety with exercises to  help you avoid  boredom and reaching a plateau.4. Regular Assessments– You will be assessed regularly throughout your program and your body measurements will be taken to ensure workouts are effective. We want you to look great in that dress or suit, so we also monitor and re-evaluate programs to ensure the exercises are meeting your goals and time frames.5. 7 Day Food Diary — You will be asked to keep a 7-day food diary for our trainer to get an understanding of your diet, times of meals and actual food and fluid intake, all of which helps us to support your weight loss program.
