Personal training weight loss programs include the following:

  • Body composition assessment to identify initial BMI, Fat%, Hip to Waist Ratio, Maximum Heart Rate and Cardio Zone values. A Brief body composition assessment every will be completed every 2-4 weeks so as to monitor progress and effectiveness of your program.
  • Fitness Assessment to help establish your current fitness levels.
  • Analysis of your diet as well as ongoing monitoring of food energy consumption and expenditure.
  • Design of an exercise program that suits your goals and needs.
  • Goal setting with focus on long term goals (weight loss)
