- Analysis of your diet as well as ongoing monitoring of food energy consumption and expenditure.
- Design of an exercise program that suits your goals and needs.
- Goal setting with focus on long term goals (weight loss)
- Identify and manage barriers to your weight loss goals (mental and physical) to help decrease or eliminate them.
